Charles Scruggs is a young gifted actor from the High Desert. Growing up in a small city, there wasn’t a lot to do so he easily gravitated to watching movies and T.V as a hobby that steadily grew into a passion. He attended Encore High School for The Performing Arts which set the course for his creative arts journey. Charles continued his studies at Azusa Pacific University where he received his BFA in acting and he became a leading man in multiple projects. As an actor, he has devoted his time to not only studying the craft but has also invested in being a creative visionary in the film industry. He and his wife, Catherine Winner, have begun their newest endeavor of founding the For The Artist Collective, which is dedicated to uplifting the film community and developing an innovative space for artists to showcase their talents. Charles and his team hope to bring visibility, opportunity, and appreciation for LA creatives and their incredible work.
